John T. Sheehy

Senior Managing Director of Meridien Partners LLC, Mr. Sheehy has been involved in many mergers and acquisitions transactions in South Korea, France, USA and Hungary. He worked at Bear Stearns & Co. with focus on mergers and acquisitions, high yield debt financing and international transactions. Since 1987, he worked as Managing Partner at Sphere Capital Partners L.P. and Sphere Capital Advisers Limited, two affiliated firms. He was also an Executive Vice President at Black & Company, a regional brokerage and investment company. Since 1997, he worked as Managing Partner at the Value Group LLC, a San Francisco Bay area private equity firm specializing in mezzanine capital and development financing for early to mid stage companies in consolidating industries. Mr. Sheehy holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and BA at University of Pennsylvania.
