Jong-Chil Yoon

President of Meridien Partners Korea Limited. Mr. Yoon previously worked for Korea Exchange Bank for 30 years. His last position was director in charge of Southwestern Seoul Area. He was responsible for the restructuring of the Korean shipping and construction industries and served as the CFO of Korea Shipping Corp. (currently Hanjin Shipping) and Pan Ocean Shipping Corporation. Mr. Yoon was the senior credit officer for the Hyundai Group from 1987 through 1990. He was responsible for funding in the Osaka/Tokyo market from 1990 through 1993 and served as Branch Manager of KOEX Branch and Yoido Branch. He helped identify a number of promising venture companies and helped them get listed in the KOSDAQ market: Neuronet, Dongmitec, Intus, Seoul Electronics, Isentec, Yein Info, Ameth, Hyunyoung System, etc. He was instrumental for the successful completion of the recent M&A transaction for Dongmitec Co., Ltd. Mr. Yoon has a BA in English Literature from Dong-A University.
