Brian V. Murray

Senior Managing Director of Meridien Partners LLC, Mr. Murray has been involved in many mergers and acquisitions transactions in South Korea, France, USA and Hungary. Prior to Meridien Partners, he worked as the senior managing Director at Corporate Finance Department of Bear Stearns & Co. since 1978, with focus on capital raising activities, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and financial advisory assignments. He has had significant international experience since 1984 and emerging market experience since 1988. Prior to Bear Stearns & Co. , he worked as the partner at H.C. Wainwright & Co. He was involved with organizing, structuring and raising capital total of $2.2 billion for several funds since 1985. Mr. Murray holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and BA in economics at Villanova University.
